Debate: Nee-mail?
It is vitally important that we have regular 'no email' days.
Discuss.

Not vitally important at all in my opinion. Such a measure implies you need to look at and are expected to reply to something as soon as you recieve it...I think a no e-mail day would re-enforce this percieved pressure Choose your own nee mail day and go and dance a geordie jig instead
I agree with the previous commenter. It's important to release yourself from the pressures of expectation regarding response times, but an actual no-email day as such would merely add to the backlog and increase the pressure.

That's too complicated. Just pick one day a week you don't READ any email, and you've it whipped.
